OUR SERVICES
Modern elegance that stands the test of time
At Interior Creations by Lisa, we specialize in designing beautiful, timeless homes that bring joy. Our three decades of experience help us to get to the heart of what our clients love, and to create surroundings that inspire their best lives.
New Home Design
Let's build your dream home together from the ground up. In this white-glove service, we'll work closely with you, your architect and builder to design the perfect dwelling to fit your lifestyle and needs.
Our capable team will take care of the rest, including the interior and exterior architecture, construction documents, selection of materials and finishes, and any custom features that will make your home uniquely yours. Leave the details of the construction and installation to us - we'll handle all of it, keeping you updated and involved, so you can enjoy the process fully.
Remodels and Renovations
Breathe new life into your home with a renovation and restoration project. Our team will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the existing space and your lifestyle preferences before coming up with a design plan that rejuvenates the beauty of your home.
In remodeling your home, we'll take care of all the details from start to finish - we collaborate with the contractors to design the architectural details, create custom features, and coordinate the construction. Your design input is important to us, so we'll be working closely together throughout the process.
Design Consultations
Sometimes, all you need is a professional design eye. With over 25 years' worth of experience in the design industry, we can provide the expertise and assistance you need to put the finishing touches to a project.
Our design consultation can help you curate the overall look and selection of furniture, vet your design choices, give you styling and organization advice - everything you need to make a space blossom to its fullest potential.
Commercial Projects
Other than individual homes, we also design and construct commercial projects - whether they're apartment complexes, gyms, or other lifestyle-oriented spaces. As a boutique firm, we love serving other businesses and helping them create beautiful spaces for their clients.
KIND WORDS
"Interior Creations by Lisa Colletti has been working with the Board of the Marina Village Master Association for several years now on various projects.
Lisa is professional, knowledgeable, versatile, and most importantly connected with many competent and reliable vendors, contractors, and installers.
We have been extremely impressed with her ability to bring together varying opinions to a consensus and to coordinate the entire project. She is very hands-on, which we found to be critical in project management. We have no hesitation to refer Interior Creations and Lisa Colletti to other properties or individuals that are looking for a trusted, full service, professional designer."

OUR APPROACH
KIND WORDS
"Lisa was insightful and attentive throughout in this project, always meeting budget expectations and deadlines. She was the consummate professional, so much so that we are leaving our ranch in California in favor of our Florida home next month! We cannot wait to work with Lisa again. She is a transformational designer!"

OUR PROCESS
Every home begins with your story.
To start, we'll sit down for a consultation where we'll go into your lifestyle, needs, and preferences for the space. It's important to us that you feel connected to your home, so we endeavor to include you in the design process as much as possible.
We love working closely together with our clients, so we'll keep you updated while taking care of things. From the very moment we have our first design meeting to the day of the big reveal, your comfort and reassurance are our top priority.
